| 摘 要： | 目的:考察不同水质对依沙吖啶溶液稳定性的影响.方法:观察用水源Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ配制的3批0.1%依沙吖啶溶液的外观变化.结果:用水源Ⅰ配制的依沙吖啶溶液的稳定性最高.结论:用注射用水代替纯化水配制0.1%依沙吖啶溶液,有利于延长有效期.

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine the influence of different qualities of water on the stability of ethacridine solution. Method:To observe the appearance changing of the ethacridine solution for which several kinds of water were used as solvent. Results:The better was the quality of water, the more stable the ethacridine solution was. Conclusion:Purified water should be replaced by water for injection when preparing 0.1% ethacridine solution, which may prolong the expiration date of the preparation. |
