乳腺癌以手术为主的综合治疗

目的 探讨乳腺癌以手术切除为主的综合治疗临床疗效。方法 对我院收治并经手术和病理确诊的乳腺癌612例进行回顾性分析，对比根治术及改良根治术的疗效。结果 根治术211例，5年生存率为63．3％；改良根治术393例，5年生存率62.4％，两组无明显差异。8例保乳手术随访2年健在。结论 乳腺癌综合治疗效果好，提高生存率关键在于早期发现、早期治疗。

The comprehensive treatment of the breast cancer based on operation

Objective To study the clinical efficiency of the comprehensive treatment of the breast cancer.Methods A retrospective analysis was given to the 612 patients with the breast cancer through the operational and pathological diagnosis. These patients were treated in our hospital. The efficiency of the radical, operation and the modified radical operation were compared. Results 211 patients accepted radical operations and its survival rate was 63.3% on 5 years;393 patients accepted the modified radical operations with its survival rate 62.4% on 5 years.There was no difference between the two groups, 8 patients with the breast conservation operation were still living and in good health on 2 years follow-up, Conclusion The breast cancer is a systemic diseases and it is better with the comprehensive therapy. The key of increasing the survival rate is early finding and early treatment.
