| 摘 要： | 目的 应用近红外漫反射光谱法建立维生素B4片的一致性检验模型.方法 扫描维生素B4片近红外光谱图,用OPUS分析软件进行处理,建立一致性检验模型.结果 使用一致性检验方法可以显著区分与某厂家样品主成分相同的其他厂家样品.结论 本方法简单、准确,可用于假劣药品的快速筛查.

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To establish a near infrared spectroscopic conformity test for Vitamin B4 tablets. METHODS Near infrared spectra on Vitamin B, Tablets were collected and operated by OPUS analysis software. The conformity test models were established. RESULTS Samples with the same principle component of different manufacturers were significant different by conformity test. CONCLUSION The method is simple and accurate, it can be implemented in fast screening of counterfeit drug. |
