二维亚铁颗粒中铁含量测定方法

摘    要:目的 建立一种微波消解样品、火焰原子吸收光谱法测定二维亚铁颗粒中铁含量的方法.方法 检测波长248.3nm,实际工作电流20mA,狭缝宽度0.2nm,气体流量为乙炔2.5L·min-1-空气17.5L·min-1,背景校正为氘灯.结果 在实验条件下,Fe在1.002~10.02μg·mL-1的浓度范围内呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数0.9993,平均回收率为97.7%,RSD为1.9%.结论 本试验方法具有样品处理完全、准确、灵敏、重复性好等优点,对其的研究有助于二维亚铁颗粒的质量标准的改进提高.

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To establish a microwave digestion-FAAS content determination method of Fe in Compound Ferrous Fumarate and Vitamin B Granules. METHODS The determination wavelength was set at 248.3nm, the electric current of the light was 20mA,the slit-width was 0. 2nm,the gas flow was the acetylene 2. 5L·min-1-air 17.5L·min-1 , based on deuterium lamp background correction method. RESULTS The detection limit of the mothed was 0. 05mg·L-1, Fe had good linear relationship within the range of 1. 002 - 10. 02μg·mL-1, r = 0. 9993, the average recovery rate was 97.7 %, RSD was 1.9%. CONCLUSION The method is fine of digesting effect, accurate, sensitive and well-repeatability, etc. It can be helpful to improve and promote the quality standard of Compound Ferrous Fumarate and Vitamin B Granules.
