摘    要:对带色过磷酸钙的生产工艺进行优化研究,选择煤灰、焦灰、生产硫酸的废渣3种带色原料按不同比例加入磷矿粉中,结果是:按每吨磷矿粉加入10%的焦灰和6%的稀磷酸或加入17%的煤灰和8%的稀磷酸生产出的带色过磷酸钙成本较低、色泽较好。

Abstract:The optimum experiments are made for the CSSP technology. According to various proportions, 3 kinds of coloured raw materials, including coal slag, coke ash and the sludge from sulfuric acidmanufacturing plant, are prepared as additives and mixed with ground phosphate rock for production of CSSP. The 2 proportions are determined for the CSSP with lower cost and better colour, 10% coke ash plus 6% diluted phosphoric acid, or 17% coal slag plus 8% diluted phosphoric acid mixed with 1 ton ground phosphate rock.
