急性颅脑损伤患者外周血MDA含量及SOD活性变化的临床意义

摘    要:本文检测89例急性脑损伤患者伤后24小时内外周血丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。发现脑外伤后急性期,MDA含量显著升高,SOD活性显著下降,两指标依CT显示的脑损伤程度不同而有显著差异,脑挫伤并颅内血肿组变化最著,单纯硬膜外血肿次之,脑震荡组最轻。全组病例MDA含量与SOD活性之间呈负相关(r=-0.8376、P<0.01)。

Abstract:Malondialdehyde content (MDA) and superoxide dismutase activity (SOD) were determined in the perpheral blood of 89 cases with acute head injury within 24 hours.The result showed the marked elevation of MDA contents and obvious decrease of SOD activity,Both of them were significantly different in various groups the severity of brain damage displayed on CT scanning,that is,alterated remarkably in cerebal contusion with intracranial bematoma,next in simple epidural hematoma,and minimally in eerebral concusion.In all cases of this series,MDA and SOD had a negative correlation (r=-0.8376, P< 0.01).It is suggested that MDA contents and SOD activity in the peripheral blood of patients with acute head injury have a close relationship with the serverity of brain damage.These two biochemical parameters have a certain value in judging the severity of illness and guiding the treatment.
