非酒精性脂肪肝患者家庭护理干预研究

目的研究应用PDCA行家庭护理干预对改善不同体重指数患者的非酒精性脂肪肝的(NAFL)效果。方法60例符合NAFL诊断标准的中度脂肪肝患者,体重指数(BMI)≥25kg/m240例,BMI<25 kg/m220例,对两组患者应用PDCA循环法行家庭护理干预,于6个月后比较两组干预效果。结果40例肥胖组患者中有31例BMI降至25 kg/m2以下,脂肪肝治疗总有效率为87.10%,显著高于9例BMI仍>25 kg/m2者(总有效率为55.56%)(P<0.05);40例肥胖组患者,脂肪肝治愈11例,有效21例,脂肪肝治疗总有效率为80.00%,20例非肥胖组患者,治愈2例,有效6例,总有效率为40.00%,显著低于肥胖组(P<0.05)。结论应用PDCA循环法行家庭护理干预对肥胖症患者的NAFL效果更佳,且干预效果与减肥效果有关。

The effects of family nursing by using the PDCA circle on different BMI subject with non- alcoholic fatty liver

Objective To evaluate the effects of family nursing by using the PDCA circle on different BMI patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver. Methods Sixty cases of moderate non-alcoholic fatty liver,divided obese group and non-obese group based on BMI,were subjected to family nursing intervention by using the PDCA circle.Six months later,and the effects were compared between the two groups. Results Of 31 cases whose BMI was under 25 kg/m~2 six months later in 40 cases of obese patients with NAFL,the effective rate was 87.10%,which was significantly higher than that of those BMI exceeding 25 25 kg/m~2,whose effective rate was 55.56%)(P<0.05);Compared with that of non-obese group including 20 cases,the effective rate of obese group was higher. Conclusion Family nursing intervention by applying PDCA circle can reach more optimal effects in obese pantients with non-alcholic fatty liver.
