中药敷脐治疗原发性痛经的临床观察

目的观察中药敷脐和布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床效果以及对前列腺素(PGF2α)表达的影响。方法将103例患者随机分成两组,观察组52例,采用自制中药药膏外敷脐部治疗;对照组51例,采用注射布洛芬治疗。结果 中药敷脐治疗后PGF2α的浓度下降到正常范围,与对照组无统计学差异(p>0.05);中药敷脐治疗效果明显优于布洛芬(p<0.05)。结论根据现代医学认为,原发性痛经与激素水平失调、子宫发育不良有关,和前列腺素(PGF2α)增高导致子宫过度收缩、子宫缺血、缺氧有关。而中医认为是经脉不利、气血运行不畅、经血排出困难、"不通则痛"引起。采用中药敷脐治疗原发性痛经疗效佳,无明显毒副作用,且用药经济,是值得临床推广应用的有效方法。

THERAPEUTIC STUDY OF PRIMARY DYSMENORRHEA WITH CHINESE MEDICINE STICKS ON NAVEL

Objective To review the clinical effect on treatment of Primary Dysmenorrheal by Chinese Medicine sticks on navel and ibuprofen,and the affect to prostaglandin expression.Methods 103 sample patients were stochastically divided into two groups,the observation group 52 patients,treated by the self-made Chinese medicinal ointment externally used on navel;the comparison group 51 patients,accepted the treatment of ＂ibuprofen＂.Results After the treatment by Chinese medicine sticks on the navel,PGF2α density drop to the normal level.This has the significance difference from the comparison group（p0.05）;the clinical effect of Chinese medicine sticks on navel has significant advantage over the ＂ibuprofen＂（p0.05）;the psychological reaction of patients has been significantly reduced than before.Conclusion The treatment of primary dysmenorrheal by Chinese medicine sticks on the navel,receive a good curative effect,it has no poisonous side effect,and it is an economical and effective way,wealthy to be clinical popularized application.
