肠道菌群在肥胖及相关代谢性疾病发生发展中的研究探讨

肥胖及相关的代谢性疾病已成为威胁全球的公共卫生问题,如何遏制和治疗代谢性疾病,成为现在亟需解决的难题。肠道菌群作为肠道微生态系统的重要组成部分,通过肝肠循环直接参与人体的生理代谢过程,对机体内环境稳态的维持起着关键作用,大量的证据表明肠道菌群在肥胖及相关的代谢性疾病的发病过程中起着举足轻重的作用,肠道菌群的失调,可能造成肥胖、糖尿病、冠心病等代谢性疾病。随着肠道菌群的平衡对于防治代谢性疾病重要性的凸显,深入探讨肠道菌群与代谢性疾病的关系,对医疗卫生的发展显得尤为必要。本文通过文献综述探索肠道菌群与肥胖及相关的代谢性疾病的关系及发病机制,以期对相关疾病的预防和治疗提供新的思路和方向。

Research of Gut Gicrobiota in Occurrence and Development of Obesity and Related Metabolic Diseases

Obesity and related metabolic diseases have become public health problems which threaten the whole world, so how to prevent and cure metabolic diseases has become a problem which needs to be solved urgently. As an important part of intestinal mi- cro-ecological system, gut microbiota directly participates in the physiological metabolism process in the human body through enterohe- patic circulation and plays a vital role in maintaining homeostasis of any organism. Plenty of evidences indicate that the gut microbiota plays a significant role in the pathogenic process of obesity and related metabolic diseases. Imbalance of gut microbiota, may cause obe- sity, diabetes, coronary heart disease and other metabolic disorders. With the prominence of the importance of the balance of intestinal flora on the prevention and treatment of metabolic diseases, it is particularly necessary to thoroughly discuss the relationship between gut microbiota and metabolic diseases for the development of medical health. Through literature review, this thesis explores the relation- ship between gut microbiota and obesity together with its related metabolic diseases and their pathogenesis in order to provide some new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of the related diseases.
