双醋瑞因胶囊联合牛杞地黄丸治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效研究

目的：研究双醋瑞因胶囊联合牛杞地黄丸治疗膝关节骨关节炎（Osteoarthritis,OA）的可行性及安全性。方法：选取100例骨性关节炎病人,治疗组50人,对照组50人,治疗组采用双醋瑞因胶囊联合牛杞地黄丸治疗,对照组服用采用美洛昔康片,治疗前后采用国际通用的WOMAC VA 3.1疗效评价量表,分别于治疗前、治疗4 w、治疗8 w及治疗结束后12 w随访时进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组治疗后各个时间点WOMAC VA 3.1量表各项得分均显著优于治疗前及对照组（P〈0.001）。结论：双醋瑞因联合牛杞地黄丸可以有效治疗膝骨性关节炎。

Efficacy of Diacerein Capsules and Niu-Qi-Di-Huang Capsules in Treatment of Osteoarthritis

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety of diacerein capsules, Niuqidihuang pills in osteoarthritis patients. Methods： There were 100 cases enrolled in the two groups, who were fulfilled with the American College of Rheumatology criterias of knee/hand/hip diacerein. Patients of treatment group were given diacerein capsules and niuqidihuang capsules, and con- trol group were given Meloxicam Tablets. Results： 1. The significant changes were observed in the treatment group. Conclusion： di- acerein capsules and niuqidihuang capsules provides us an effective and safe approach for treating osteoarthritis.
