微波与宫颈炎康栓联合治疗中重度宫颈糜烂45例疗效观察

目的：讨论研究微波联合宫颈炎康栓共同治疗中重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效与影响。方法：选取我院妇科中重度宫颈糜烂患者45例并随机分组为A、B两组。A组患者应用微波术进行治疗；B组患者在A组基础上联合使用宫颈炎康栓。对两组患者治疗总有效率、恢复时间等相关指标进行比较。结果：：总有效率比较显示，微波治疗联合宫颈炎康栓组总有效率为100%，显著高于常规治疗组78.3%（P〈0.05）。各项指标恢复时间比较显示，使用微波术联合宫颈炎康栓患者各项恢复指标均显著优于常规治疗组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用微波联合宫颈炎康栓对中重度宫颈糜烂患者进行治疗疗效显著。可准确定位病变位置，不损伤周围组织，患者痛苦小，术中出血量少且不易感染。联合药物治疗可加速术后恢复速度，促进创面炎症修复，减少排液量及出血量，缩短恢复时间，有效改善预后，促进患者尽快恢复健康。

The Curative Effect Observation of Microwave and Cervicitis Suppository in Curing Moderate and Severe Cervical Erosion

Objective： To study the clinical effect and influence of microwave and cervicitis suppository in curing moderate and severe cervical erosion. Methods： To select 45 moderate and severe cervical erosion patients from the gynecology in our hospital, divided into two groups A and B randomly. The group A patients applied microwave for treatment; The group B patients used cervicitis suppository on the basis of group A. Comparing the re]ated index of the treatment total effective rate,recovery time etc of the two groups after different degrees of nursing. Results： The total effective rate of microwave and cervicitis suppository in curing moderate and severe cervical erosion patients is 100%, obviously higher than conventional therapy group, which is 78.3%（P〈0.05）.The recovery time of various indicators show as follows： The indicators of recovery with the microwave and cervicitis suppository patients is remarkably superior to the conventional therapy group （P〈O.05）.Conclusion： The treatment with microwave and cervicitis suppository is effective, which can pinpoint the lesion location, not damaging the surrounding tissue, with less pain of the patients, with less blood loss in operation and hard to be infected. Combing drugs to treat can accelerate the postoperative recovery speed, Promoting the restoration of the wound inflammation, reducing the drainage volume and blood loss, shortening the recovery time, improving the prognosis effectively, promoting the patients getting well as soon as possible.
