摘    要:目的确定某环保产品生产公司建设项目产生的职业病危害因素,分析其危害程度及对劳动者健康的影响,评价职业病危害防护措施及其效果,提出职业病危害的关键控制点。方法采用现场调查和检测检验结果相结合的方法,进行定性定量和职业病危害因素接触水平综合分析评价。结果该项目除备料区钳工打磨操作位噪声超标和电焊打磨岗位粉尘超标外,下料区、部件组装区、磁盘区各检测和测量项目的结果均未超过国家规定的职业接触限值和卫生限值。作业岗位危害因素超职业限值率:粉尘8.1%,噪声14.3%,毒物未超限值。结论该建设项目正在运行的控制职业病危害的防护设施是可行的,采取的职业病危害防护措施是基本有效的。

Abstract:Objective]To identify the occupational hazards in construction project of a environmental-friendly-production company,to analyze its harmful levels and impact on health of worker,to evaluate the effect of the protective measures,and put forward the key points of the occupational hazards control. Methods]The field investigation and testing results inspection were combined to comprehensively analyze the exposure levels of occupational hazards with qualitative and quantitative ways. Results]The detection results of the blanking area,assembly area,disk district were with the occupational exposure limits and health limits prescribed by the State,but the noise in the place where fitters grind something in the preparation area and the dust in the welding burnish post place were out of limits.The over standard ratios were as the followings: 8.1% of dust,14.3% of the noise,and toxicant within the limits. Conclusion]The facilities of the company running to control the occupational hazards is feasible,and protective measures the company taking is basically effective.
