缺血性心力衰竭阳虚证患者临床特征初探

目的比较缺血性心力衰竭阳虚证患者与非阳虚证临床特征差异,探寻阳虚证患者的临床特征。方法收集缺血性心力衰竭患者196例,比较阳虚证与非阳虚证患者病程、血常规、肝肾功能、心功能等临床指标。结果阳虚证组病程、血肌酐、间接胆红素、血尿酸及左室内径均显著优于非阳虚证组。结论阳虚是心衰的中后期阶段,其重构明显、脏器功能与代谢能力均有下降。

Analysis of Clinical Features in Ischemic Heart Failure Patients with Yang Deficiency

Objective:To compare the clinical differences between the yang-deficiency syndrome and the non-yang-deficiency syndrome and to investigate the clinical features of yang-deficiency group of ischemic heart failure.Methods:196 cases of chronic heart failure patients which 30 cases were with yang deficiency and 166 cases were not.Then some indices were compared in 2 groups including the blood test,the liver renal function tests and ultrasonic cardiogram.Results:The yang deficiency group were apparently higher than the non-yang deficiency group in the features of the course of disease,the serum creatinine,the indirect bilirubin,the uric acid and the inner diameter of left ventricle.Conclusion:Yang deficiency indicates the mediate or later stage of chronic heart failure which may leads to unfavorable prognosis.At this stage,patients suffer more severe cardiac remodeling and the viscera organ functions and metabolic abilities decline.
