内服黑素再生液联合308nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效与安全性观察

目的:观察内服黑素再生液联合308nm准分子光治疗稳定期白癜风的疗效,并对其作用机理进行初步探讨。方法:将289例病例随机分为研究组与对照组,研究组102例内服黑素再生液联合308nm准分子光照射治疗,对照组84例单纯进行308nm准分子光照射治疗,共治疗10～46次(平均16次)。结果:研究组痊愈率为84.3%,总有效率为98.1%,对照组痊愈率为42.9%,总有效率为73.8%。研究组痊愈率与有效率均高于对照组,两组疗法的痊愈率总有效率比较差异有显著性(P0.05)。结论:内服黑素再生液联合308nm准分子光治疗白癜风疗效显著。

Efficacy and safety observation on treating vitiligo by oral melanin regeneration liquid joint 308nm excimer light

Objective: To observe the effect of oral administration of melanocyte regeneration liquid joint 308nm excimer light therapy stable vitiligo,and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods: 289 cases of patients were randomly divided into research group and control group,102 cases of research group were given oral melanin regeneration liquid joint 308nm excimer light,84 cases of control group were simply to 308nm excimer light irradiation.A total of 10-46 times the treatment(an average of 16 times).Results: The research group cure rate was 84.3%,the total effective rate was 98.1%;The control group cure rate was 42.9%,the total effective rate was 73.8%.The research group cures rate and effective rate higher,two groups therapy cure rate and total effective rate was significant difference(p< 0.05).Conclusion: Oral melanin regeneration liquid joint 308nm excimer light treatment of vitiligo had a significant effect.
