绵阳两重灾区县灾后重建放射场所防护现状调查

摘    要:目的了解绵阳两重灾区县各医疗机构灾后重建放射场所防护现状。方法按照国家法律法规要求,对已完成灾后重建并投入正常运营的两县各医疗机构放射场所进行职业病危害放射防护控制效果评价。结果调查共包括39个灾后重建放射机房,面积合格率为92.3%;监测点防护合格率为99.1%~100%;无控制室防护门的机房占48.7%;警示灯正常使用率71.8%;放射人员持证率77.6%。防护用品使用率仅为20.5%。结论两县灾后重建放射场所防护效果较好,但机房设计不尽合理,警示灯、防护用品使用情况较差,今后需完善放射场所防护设计、加强卫生监督工作,提高防护用品使用率。

Abstract:Objective] To investigate radiological protection of reconstructed radiation places in medical institutions of 2 harder-hit counties of Mianyang City.Methods] According to the national laws and regulations,the assessment of radiological protection effect against occupational hazards was performed on reconstructed and normal running radiation places in medical institutions of 2 counties.Results] The survey included reconstructed 39 radiological rooms.The qualified rate of area and protection was 92%,99.1%-100%,respectively.The rate of radiological rooms without operating room protective doors was 49%.The usage rate of warning lights and protective equipment was 72% and 21%,respectively.The certified rate of radiological workers was 77.6%.Conclusion] The radiological protection effect of the reconstructed radiation places is appropriate in this 2 counties,except the design of the equipment room,the warning lights,protective equipment are not well used.In the future,it is necessary to improve the radiological protection design,to strengthen the health supervision,and improve the usage of protective equipment.
