阿魏酸纳对百草枯中毒脏器损伤保护作用的临床研究

目的:探讨阿魏酸钠对百草枯中毒后脏器损伤的保护作用。方法:将79例百草枯中毒患者随机分为治疗组(39例)和对照组(40例),治疗组在给予洗胃、吸附、导泻、血液灌流常规治疗的同时,于5%葡萄糖250ml中加入阿魏酸钠300mg,静脉滴入,每日一次,连用10～14天。对照组不用阿魏酸钠,其他治疗同治疗组。结果:两组肺损伤的发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05);肾脏、肝脏、心肌损伤的发生率及死亡率差异有显著性(P<0.05),治疗组低于对照组;肺、肾脏、肝脏、心肌损伤的严重程度差异有显著性(p<0.05),治疗组轻于对照组。结论:阿魏酸钠对百草枯中毒多脏器损伤有较好的保护作用,值得推广应用。

Clinical studies of sodium ferulate on protective effects of organ injury for paraguat poisoning

Objective:To investigate the protective effects of sodium ferulate on organ injury after paraguat poisoning.Method:61 cases with paraguat poisoning were devided into the treated group(31) and the control group(30).Both groups were treated with general treatment,including gastric lavage,adsorption,catharsis and hemoperfusion.The treated group were treated with sodium ferulate 300mg added 5% glucose 250ml infused intravenously once a day for 10 to 14 days.The additional treatment of sodium ferulate infusion was adm inistered in the treated group while the control group was not.Results:The occurrence rate and injury degree of organ injury were markedly attenuated in the treated group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium ferulate may has a good protective effects on organ injury after paraguat poisoning.
