敌蛋汤治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎蛋白尿的临床疗效

目的:观察敌蛋汤治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎蛋白尿的近期疗效。方法:将60例紫癜性肾炎蛋白尿热毒瘀滞证患儿,分别予治疗组敌蛋汤方治疗,对照组强的松片治疗8周后,运用统计学进行用药前后疗效分析,以观察主证蛋白尿及中医证候近期疗效。结果:敌蛋汤治疗主症蛋白尿疗效方面总有效率为96.67%;阳性药物对照组总有效率80.00%。前者明显优于后者。在中医证候疗效方面,敌蛋汤总有效率为100%,阳性药物对照组总有效率为96.67%。结论:运用敌蛋汤治疗小儿紫癜性肾炎热毒瘀滞型蛋白尿近期疗效确切,且具有一定的临床指导作用。

Curative Effect of Didan Decoction on Treating Infant Henoch Schonlein Purpura Nephritis Proteinuria

Objective: Observation on Didan decoction treating Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis proteinuria in early curative effect. Methods: 60 cases of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis( heat toxin stasis syndrome) were randomly divided into the treatment group. Treatment group and positive drug group were given the Didan decoction and prednisone for 8 weeks after treatment,apply to statistics in before and after treatment analysis,observation on Proteinuria efficacy of main disease and therapeutic effect of syndrome. Results: Proteinuria efficacy of main disease: treatment group total effectiveness 96. 67%; the positive drug control group total effectiveness 80%. Treatment group was superior to positive drug control group. Therapeutic effect of syndrome: in the experimental group,the total efficiency of 100%; the positive drug control group total effectiveness 96. 67%. The test group was superior to positive drug control group. Conclusion: The Didan decoction in treatment of children with Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis heat toxin stasis proteinuria in early curative effect,and has better guidance in the clinic.
