摘    要:目的:观察龙氏正骨十法针对颈椎关节紊乱不同类型的应用疗效。方法:将200例颈椎关节紊乱症的患者随机分为治疗组、对照组,治疗组用龙氏正骨十法治疗,对照组用传统推拿手法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率98%,对照组有效率75%,两组患者的疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前后VAS疼痛积分相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后组间相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:龙氏正骨十法是治疗颈椎关节紊乱症有显著疗效的方法,在推拿流派中占有主导地位。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the application effect of Long's bone-setting ten manipulation for different types of cervical vertebra joint disorder. Methods: 200 cases of cervical vertebra joint disorder were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated by Long's bone-setting ten manipulation and the control group was treated by traditional massage therapy. Results: After treatment,the effective rate of treatment group was 98% and that of the control group was 75%. It indicates that there was statistically significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). The difference of visual analogue scale pain score in the 2 groups before and after treatment was statistically significant( P < 0. 01). The difference of visual analogue scale pain score between the 2 groups after treatment was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Long' s bone-setting ten manipulation therapy is a significant effect treatment method of cervical vertebra joint disorder and has a dominant position in the massage school.
