“空调病”的中医病因病机初探

目的:初步探究"空调病"的中医病因病机,为防治"空调病"提供线索。方法:通过分析空调环境的性质和研究中医理论,从"空调病"的临床表现追根溯源,总结病因特性,归纳发病过程。结果:"空调病"的病因包括风寒袭表、暑湿内闭、燥邪犯表以及疫疠之邪暴发。"空调病"的发病过程可以分为邪犯经络、邪入脏腑、正虚邪恋三个阶段。结论:本文基本阐释了"风、寒、暑、湿、燥、疫疠之邪"与"空调病"之间的关系,总结归纳了"空调病"的病机概要,并初步拟定治法用药,为空调病的系统性研究定下基调。

Initial Research of Air-Conditioning Disease on Etiology and Pathogenesis Aspects of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: To study air-conditioning disease on the etiology and pathogenesis aspects of traditional Chinese medicine initially so as to provide clues for preventing and curing air-conditioning disease. Methods: By analyzing properties of air-conditioning environment and studying the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,concluding characteristics of pathogens and summarizing the course of this disease derived from the manifestations of air-conditioning disease. Results: The pathogens of air-conditioning disease include wind-cold attacking the exterior,summer-dampness obstruction,dryness attacking the exterior and explosion of epidemic pestilence. The course of air-conditioning disease can be divided into three stages which are meridians evolved,Zang-fu Organs evolved and vital Qi deficiency leading to lingering pathogens. Conclusion: This essay basically explains the relationship between the pathogens of wind,cold,summer-heat,dampness,dryness,epidemic pestilence and air-conditioning disease,summarizing the pathogenesis of air-conditioning disease and also drafts corresponding preliminary treatment and medications,contributing to set up the base of systematic study of air-conditioning disease.
