清肝化瘀法治疗无排卵型功血60例

目的:观察清肝化瘀法治疗无排卵性功血的临床疗效,探讨其治疗该疾病可能的途径。方法:收集无排卵型功血,诊刮病理示单纯型增生患者120例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例,观察治疗前及停药后血清FSH、LH、E2、P水平、子宫内膜厚度及月经情况。结果:治疗期间两组患者阴道流血均得到一定的控制,治疗组与对照组总有效率无显著性差异(P>0.05);两组治疗后子宫内膜厚度均变薄,差异有显著性(P<0.05);但中药组抑制子宫内膜增生效果较好,与对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);用药前后两组显示FSH、E2值均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清肝化瘀方能有效降低血清促卵泡生成素、雌激素水平,抑制子宫内膜增生,改善卵巢功能,促进子宫内膜向分泌期转化,缩短行经天数,改善月经情况。

Analysis of 60 Cases of Anovulatory Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding by Using Qinggan Huayu Method

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Qinggan Huayu method in treating anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding and to explore the approach to the treatment of the disease. Methods: Collecting 120 cases of anovulatory dysfunctional uterine bleeding,all of them were simple hyperplasia endometrium after diagnostic curettage. They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,60 cases in each. Serum FSH,LH,E2,P and endometrial thickness were observed before and after treatment. Results: Vaginal bleeding of both groups were under control and the treatment group and the control group had no significant difference in the total efficiency( P > 0. 05). The endometrial thickness of both groups were thinner after treatment and there was a significant difference( P < 0. 05). However,traditional Chinese medicine group inhibited the endometrial hyperplasia better and there was statistical difference( P < 0. 05). Both groups after treatment showed that FSH and E2 values were reduced and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Qinggan Huayu method can reduce FSH and E2 levels,control endometrial thickness,shorten menstrual period and improve ovary function and thus readjust menstrual cycle.
