| 摘 要： | 络风内动学说是在久病入络的基础上对于络脉病变的进一步阐释和发挥,较多的关注到络脉病变的动态变化,对于迁延反复、阵发加重的疾病具有重要的探讨意义。基于哮喘的病机特点和临床表现,本文探讨络中风动在哮喘的发作与治疗中的意义,以期为临床研究提供有益的思路,寻求新的治疗切入点。

| Abstract: | The hypothesis of endogenous collateral wind,which is an emphasis on the active change of the collateral diseases,is the further explanation and development for the collateral disease to introduce the important significance for disease which is easy to relapse and last a very long period. Based on the pathogenesis and clinical manifestation,this article mainly discussed the significance of endogenous collateral wind in the attack and treatment of asthma,expecting to provide the beneficial ideas and new treating method. |
