摘    要:目的:研究鹰嘴豆中鹰嘴豆芽素A的超声提取工艺。方法:考察提取溶剂、固液比、药材粒径、超声时间、超声功率等因素对鹰嘴豆芽素A含量的影响,并采用正交试验设计优化提取工艺。结果:在本实验条件内,超声提取的最优条件如下:药材粒径为60目,乙醇浓度为50%,超声功率为400 W,工作/间歇15 s/3s,超声时间为20 min,固液比为1∶25,超声次数为2次。结论:按照优化正交试验确定的最佳工艺条件合理、可靠。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate and optimize the technology of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of Biochanin A from Chickpea. Methods: The effects of extraction solvent,ratio of liquid to solid,particle size,ultrasonic time,ultrasonic power on the extraction rates of Biochanin A were investigated and optimized with orthogonal experiments. Results: The results showed that the optimal extraction conditions were as follows: particle 60 mesh,50% concentration of Ethanol,400 W ultrasonic power,work / pause 15 s /3 s,20 minutes extraction time,25 m L / g ratio of liquid to solid,twice extraction times. Conclusion: The optimized conditions are reasonable and reliable.
