通心络胶囊治疗冠心病心绞痛42例

目的:评价与分析通心络胶囊用于治疗冠心病心绞痛临床疗效与安全性。方法:86例冠心病心绞痛患者按照随机抽签法分组为对照组44例与治疗组42例。对照组采用单硝酸异山梨醇酯20mg治疗,2次/天;治疗组于对照组治疗基础上加用通心络胶囊治疗,4粒/次,3次/天。两组患者连续治疗14d。统计与比较两组患者临床心绞痛和心电图改善情况,同时比较两组患者治疗前、后血脂水平、中医证候总积分变化及不良反应。结果:治疗组心电图与心绞痛改善有效率分别为85.71%(36/42)、80.95%(34/42)明显高于对照组70.45%(31/44)、63.64%(28/44)(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者TG与TC、LDL-C水平较治疗前比较均明显下降,而HDL-C较治疗前明显升高,但治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后中医证候总积分为(6.17±2.79)分明显低于治疗前(15.12±2.39)分(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生不良反应,同时血尿肝肾等功能检测正常。结论:冠心病心绞痛应用通心络胶囊治疗,其可有效改善患者血脂水平,减缓动脉粥样硬化发生,同时改善患者临床胸痛等症状,降低中医证候积分,且无不良反应发生。因此,通心络胶囊是一种安全有效治疗药物。

Tongxinluo Jiaonang in Treatment of 42 Cases of Coronary Heart Disease and Angina Pectoris

Objective: To evaluate and analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Tongxinluo Jiaonang for the treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) and angina pectoris. Methods: 86 cases of CHD were randomly grouped 44 cases in the control group and 42 cases in the treatment group. The control group used isosorbide mononitrate 20 mg,2 times per day and the treatment group was treated with Tongxinluo Jiaonang,4 Jiaonangs for each time,3 times per day. Two groups were treated for continuous 14 d. The improvement of clinical angina and ECG,blood lipids,TCM syndrome total score changes and adverse reactions were compared after treatment. Results: The treatment group's ECG and angina pectoris improved efficiencies were 85. 71%( 36 /42) and80. 95%( 34 /42),which were significantly higher than70. 45%( 31 /44) and 63. 64%( 28 /44) in the control group( P <0. 05). After treatment,Two groups' TG and TC and LDL-C levels were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment and HDL-C compared with those before treatment were significantly increased,but the treatment group' s improved more obviously( P < 0. 05). After the treatment,TCM syndrome total score was( 6. 17 ± 2. 79),significantly lower than( 15. 12± 2. 39) before treatment( P < 0. 05). Two groups had no adverse reactions and liver and kidney function tests were normal.Conclusion: Angina pectoris of coronary heart disease can be treated by Tongxinluo Jiaonang treatment,which can effectively improve the blood lipid level in patients with atherosclerosis and improve the clinical patients with chest pain and other symptoms and reduce the symptom scores with no adverse reaction. Therefore,Tongxinluo Jiaonang is a safe and effective drug for treatment.
