中西医结合治疗及护理急性乳腺炎32例

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性乳腺炎及护理手段。方法:选取本院2009年2月—2014年2月收治的64例急性乳腺炎患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析,将其随机分为观察组与对照组,每组患者32例,对照组患者采用西医治疗,观察组患者在采用西医治疗的基础上外加中医治疗,对两组患者的治疗效果进行比较。结果:通过积极的治疗以及优质的护理,观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为96.9%,对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为81.3%,观察组的有效率要明显的高于对照组,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过中西医结合治疗急性乳腺炎能够有效的减轻患者的疼痛,有效的消除疾病症状,具有良好的治疗效果,值得在临床上进一步的推广与应用。

Chinese Combined with Western Medicine Treatment and Nursing of 32 Cases of Acute Mastitis

Objective: To explore the effect of Chinese combined western medicine treatment of acute mastitis and the corresponding nursing measures. Methods: 64 cases of patients with acute mastitis in our hospital for treatment at the time from February2009 to February 2014 were divided into observation group and control group with 30 cases in each randomly. The control group was given western medicine treatment and the observation group given Chinese combined western medicine treatment and then we compared the treatment effects of the two groups. Results: Through the active treatment and quality of care,the efficiency of clinical treatment of the observation group was 96. 9% and the control group's was 81. 3% at the same time. We can find out that the efficiency of clinical treatment of the observation group was higher than that of the control group significantly and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Chinese combined western medicine to treat acute mastitis can reduce the pain of the patients efficiently and also can eliminate the disease symptoms. It has a good therapeutic effect and must be worthy of popularization and application widely in clinical application.
