护理人员对护理服务环境认知的调查与分析

摘    要:目的了解护理人员对医院整体护理服务环境认知的差异,探讨人性化、针对性的有效管理方法。方法采用自行设计的调查表调查某三级甲等医院922名护理人员对护理服务环境现状的认知情况。结果不同专科护理人员在执业态度、职业环境、工作压力、对满意度期望程度以及对护理服务管理手段认识上存在差异。结论护理人员对护理服务环境现状的认知情况有所不同,护理管理者应根据不同科室专业特点,有的放矢,因地制宜,针对性地实施管理手段,建立提升护理服务的长效机制。

Abstract:Objective To understand the difference of nurses'recognition to the hospital's nursing service environment and develop the humane,targeted and effective management methods. Method A self- designed questionnaire on recognition of the nursing service environment was used to investigate 922 nurses in a 3A - Level hospital. Results There were differences among nurses of different department on the practice attitude, satisfaction with occupational environment feeling of work pressure,expectations of patient satisfaction and attitude to nursing management measures. Conclusion Nurses show different recognition to nursing service environments. The nursing managers should develop targeted management methods according to different professional features, and establish a longterm mechanism to improve nursing services.
