小切口椎板间开窗治疗腰椎间盘突出症

目的探讨小切口椎板间开窗髓核摘除术的临床疗效。方法从2002年10月至2006年10月采用小切口椎板间开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症36例。全部患者都有腰痛和一侧下肢疼痛及麻木。结果获得随访32例,随访最长30个月,最短5个月,平均14个月,按Nakai标准评定治疗优良率为87.5%。结论小切口椎板间开窗髓核摘除术具有适应证广、手术时间短、出血少、创伤小、手术优良率高、后期并发症少、不损害脊柱稳定性等优点,是治疗腰椎间盘突出症较为有效和可靠方法之一。

Effect analysis of minimal incisional fenestration laminectomy for the treatment of lumbar disc herniation

Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects and indication of minimal incisional fenestration laminectomy. Methods From October 2002 to October 2006, 36 cases of lumbar disc herniation had undergone the operation with this method. All of the patients complained with lumbago and singnal or bilateral lower limbs pain and palsy. Results 32 cases had been followed up for 5~30 months averaging 14 months. According to Nakai scales score, the excellent and good rate was 87.5%. Conclusion Minimal incisional fenestration laminectomy is of more widely indications, less operative time, less blood loss, minimaldisruption, higher curalitiness, less late complications, less damage to spinalstability. The method is one of the effective and realiable method to the treatments of lumbar disc herniation.
