荔枝核黄酮类化合物体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒的作用

摘    要:目的: 探讨荔枝核黄酮类化合物体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的作用. 方法: 采用细胞培养技术,以病毒唑为阳性对照,观察比较荔枝核黄酮类化合物对RSV引起的细胞病变(CPE)的抑制作用. 结果: 荔枝核黄酮类化合物半数中毒浓度(TC50)为152.9 mg/L,其抗RSV的半数有效浓度(IC50)为58.6 mg/L,治疗指数(TI)为2.6,体外抗RSV作用与病毒唑相当,且对RSV抑制作用存在明显的量效关系. 结论: 荔枝核黄酮类化合物在Hep-2细胞中对呼吸道合胞病毒有抑制作用.

Abstract:AIM: To evaluate the anti-respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) effect of flavonoids extracted from the core of Litchi Chinensis in cell culture in vitro. METHODS: By the method of cell culture and using ribavirin as a positive control, the cytopathic effect(CPE) was observed. RESULTS: The TC50 and IC50 of the flavonoids extracted from the core of Litchi Chinensis was 152.9 mg/L and 58.6 mg/L respectively. The therapeutic index (TI) was 2.6, It had the same effect as Ribavirin in anti-RSV. Moreover, flavonoids extracted from the core of Litchi Chinensis also showed a concentration-dependent response in inhibiting RSV. CONCLUSION: Flavonoids extracted from the core of Litchi Chinensis can inhibit RSV in Hep-2 cells in vitro.
