两种民族恒牙初期正常[牙合]儿童X线头影测量比较

【目的】通过比较新疆维吾尔族与汉族恒牙初期正常牙合]儿童X线头影测量结果,探讨其颅面软硬组织的形态特征和种族特征。【方法】新疆维吾尔族恒牙初期正常牙合]儿童54人,分别拍摄标准的X线头颅侧位定位片,选用软、硬组织标志点23个,常用测量项目22个。图形数字化仪采集标志点,计算机完成各项头影测量项目的计算。并与我国汉族恒牙初期儿童的颅面形态进行比较。【结果】得到了新疆维吾尔族恒牙初期儿童软、硬组织侧貌的X线头影测量正常值,同汉族恒牙初期正常牙合]儿童之间具有明显的种族差异。【结论】与汉族恒牙初期正常牙合]儿童相比,新疆维吾尔族儿童呈现更多的水平方向骨面型,上下颌切牙突度小,更加直立;面中部软组织突度较大,上、下唇位置较靠后,具有偏向直面型的侧貌。

Comparative study of cephalometrics between Uygur children in Xinjiang and Han children with normal occlusion

Objective] To establish the cephalometric normal values for Uygur nationality children with normal occlusion in Xinjiang,to evaluate the features of craniofacial structure of Uygur young people and for finding the differences between Uygur and Hian nationality.Methods]Fifty-four Uygur children with normal occlusion (male 30,female 24) aged from 12 to 15 years denied any orthodontic treatment were included.
