预见性护理在产科中的应用研究

目的：探讨预见性护理在产科中的应用效果。方法：选取2009年1月至2010年1月接受预见性护理的孕妇50例为观察组,选取去年同期接受常规护理的孕妇50例为对照组,观察两组护理效果。结果：观察组自然分娩、剖宫产及阴道手术助产人数明显少于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组患者第一产程、第二产程、总产程均短于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组并发症发生率为4%,对照组为18%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组满意度为100%,对照组为88%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：预见性护理在产科应用效果确切,值得推广。

Applied Research of Precognition Nursing in Maternity Department

Objective：To investigate the effect of precognition nursing in maternity department.Method： The 50 pregnant women receiving the precognition nursing in our hospital from January in 2009 to January in 2010 were set into the observe group,and the 50 pregnant woman receiving the usual care in our hospital last year in the corresponding time period were set into the control group,and the effect of precognition nursing was evaluated.Result： The pregnant women with spontaneous delivery,uterine-incision delivery and operation on vagina in the observe group were fewer than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them respectively（P0.05）.The time of first stage of labor,second stage of labor and total stage of labor in the observe group were fewer than those in control group,and there were significant difference in them respectively（P0.05）.The complication rate was 4% in observe group and 18% in control group,and there was significant difference in them（P0.05）.The degree of satisfaction was 100% in observe group and 88% in control group,and there was significant difference in them（P0.05）.Conclusion： The effect of precognition nursing in maternity department is obvious,so it is worth being used widly.
