乌司他丁对肝硬化患者腹腔镜术后的肝功能影响

目的 探讨乌司他丁对肝硬化患者腹腔镜治疗后的肝脏保护作用。方法 回顾分析60例肝硬化合并胆石症患者资料，随机分为治疗组和对照组，观察术前1d与术后第1、7天患者肝功能的变化及术后并发症。结果 治疗组术后肝功能的改善明显优于对照组，并发症的发生率明显亦低于对照组。结论 乌司他丁可保护肝硬化患者腹腔镜手术后肝功能，可促进肝胆手术后的恢复，减少并发症的发生。

Effects of Ulinastatin on Liver Function in Liver Cirrhosis Patients undergoing Laparocopic Surgery

Objective To explore the effects of ulinastatin on liver function of liver cirrhosis patients undergoing laparocopic surgery. Methods 60 cases with liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into control group and therapeutic group. The liver function was determined in both groups before operative ld and on post operative ld,Td respectively,and the postoperative complication was observed. Results The postoperative complication rate of therapeutic group was significantly lower and the liver function improvement was obviously better than that of the control group.
