| 摘 要： | 随着创新型国家建设目标的提出，高等医学教育必须转变人才培养模式，培养创新人才。安徽医科大学以创新性教学理念为引导，以创新性课程体系为支柱，以创新性实践教学为重点，以创新性教学方法为依托，以创新性师资队伍为核心，以创新性大学文化为灵魂，初步建立医学创新人才培养体系，为医学创新人才培养发挥了积极作用。
