| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨循证护理模式在急性细菌性痢疾患者中的护理效果,以为急性细菌性痢疾的护理方式的选择提供依据。方法:选取2007年9月～2009年5月于我院进行治疗的78例急性细菌性痢疾患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(常规护理组)38例和观察组(循证护理组)40例,分别采用不同的护理模式进行护理,后将两组患者的治疗效果、体温、脉搏、粪便白细胞计数及血清IgG、IgA、IgM进行检测,并将患者的满意率进行统计,后将结果进行比较。结果:经研究比较发现,观察组的总有效率明显高于对照组,体温也低于对照组,脉搏慢于对照组,粪便白细胞计数也少于对照组,同时观察组的IgG、IgA、IgM也低于对照组,患者满意率也高于对照组,P均<0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论:在急性细菌性痢疾的护理中采用循证护理的模式,效果明显优于常规护理模式,值得进一步研究及探讨。
