摘    要:目的:探讨医院病房使用空调机的利弊,方法:选空调病房和非空调病房各42间,测定微小气候和空气中细菌总数进行对照分析,结果:空调病房的温度,湿度,风速,可吸入法,空气消毒前1h细菌总数等指标优于非空调病房,但二氧化碳浓度,离子浓度,空气消毒后3h细菌总数等指标较.结论:病房用空调机后,可有目的地控制和改善病房的微小气候,降低可吸入尘浓度,提高病房的空气质量,但连续长时间使用,则会引起病房空气中二氧化碳浓度及细菌总数升高,离子浓度降低,影响病人的身体健康。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect of air conditioner on air quality in the wards of hospital. Methods 42 air conditioned wards and another 42 non air conditioned wards were chosen to conduct a comparative analysis by examining the number of germs in the air in the mini climate of wards. Results The temperature, humidity, wind speed and inhaleable dusts and total bacteria numbers in the air conditioned wards were superior to those without air conditioning, but the concentrations of carbon dioxide and ion as well as the total bacteria numbers 3 h after air was disinfected in the former wards were inferior to those in the latter. Conclusion With air conditioning, the mini climate in the wards can be promoted and the air quality can be increased because of decrease of inhaleable dusts. However, constant use of air conditioner for too long can result not only in the rise of concentrations of carbon dioxide and the total number of bacteria in the air, but also in falling of concentration of ion, which does harm to patient's health.
