提高ICU医务人员手卫生执行率的干预措施研究

目的探讨ICU工作人员手卫生干预措施及效果。方法通过加强手卫生培训、完善手卫生设施、合理配置人力资源、导入风险管理意识并加强监督等措施,对ICU医务人员手卫生进行干预,比较干预措施前后手卫生执行率。结果干预前ICU医务人员手卫生总执行率为31.40%,干预后为48.72%,干预后手卫生执行率高于干预前（χ~2=66.313,P〈0.01）。结论所采用的手卫生干预措施可有效提高ICU医务人员手卫生执行率,但干预后的手卫生执行率仍不理想,今后应进一步分析探索有效的干预措施。

Effects of measures to improve the execution rate of handwashing among medical staff in ICU

Objective To evaluate the effect of intervention measures on the execution rate of handwashing among medical staff in ICU.Methods The intervention measures included enhancing the training of handwashing,improving the facilities of handwashing,arranging human resources reasonably,introducing the idea of risk management and enhancing supervision.The execution rate of handwashing was compared before and after intervention.Results After intervention,the execution rate of handwashing increased from 31.40%to 48.72%（x~2=66.313,P0.01）.Conclusion The intervention measures can effectively improve the execution rate of handwashing among medical staff in ICU.However,the status of hand hygiene is still not ideal and more effective measures should be further studied.
