高职护理专业外科护理实训课程教学改进

对高职护理专业外科护理实训课程教学进行改进,主要包括：①总结学生在手术室实习中的问题,将防范措施融入实训教学;②按照手术室护理工作流程安排实训课程顺序;③有效利用情境模拟教学方法进行职业素养教育;④采用课堂竞赛的教学方法充分调动学生积极性;⑤进行全面多角度教学评价。实训课程教学后,学生实训课考核成绩良好,实习医院对学生的适应能力及独立完成工作的能力给予了肯定。

Improvement of teaching methods in the training of surgical nursing skills for higher vocational students

This paper introduced the improvement measures in the training of surgical nursing skills for higher vocational students.The measures included analyzing the problems in the clinical practice in operating rooms and integrating the preventive measures into the training of surgical nursing skills,arranging the sequence of surgical nursing skills based on the work process in operating rooms,applying situated simulation teaching method to train students＇ professional quality,holding competitions in class to mobilize students＇ learning enthusiasm and evaluating the teaching outcomes from multiple perspectives. As a result,the students achieved good performance in the test and got high appraisal by the teachers from hospitals.
