社区护理干预对原发性高血压病患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响

目的：探讨社区护理干预对原发性高血压病患者的治疗依从性和生活质量的影响。方法选择2014年8月～2016年1月社区诊治的108例原发性高血压病患者作为研究对象，把全部患者随机分为对照组与观察组，两组各有54例患者，对照组予以常规护理，观察组在此基础上予以社区护理干预，比较两组患者的治疗依从性以及生活质量。结果观察组患者的用药依从性、运动依从性以及生活、饮食依从性评分均要显著大于对照组（ P＜0．05）；观察组生活质量优良率是87％，对照组生活质量优良率是70．4％，观察组患者的生活质量要显著优于对照组（ P＜0．05）。结论对原发性高血压病患者实施社区护理干预具有较好地应用效果，能够明显提高患者的治疗依从性，改善患者生活质量，建议在社区护理工作中推广应用。

Influence of Community Nursing Intervention on Medication Compliance and Quality of Life of Patients with Essential Hypertension

Objective To explore the influence of community nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with essential hypertension .Methods From August 2014 to January 2016 , 108 cases with es-sential hypertension were diagnosed and treated in my community center , they were randomly divided into control group and observation group , and each group had 54 cases.In the control group , patients were given routine nursing care , and in the observation group , patients received community nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing care .treatment compliance and quality of life were compared between two groups .Results In the observation , patients′medication compliance, exercise compliance, life compliance, and dietary compliance score was significantly higher than that of the control group ( P<0.05 ); in the observation group , excellent and good rate of quality of life is 87%; In the control group, excellent and good rate of quality of life is 70.4%, in the observed group , quality of life of patients was signifi-cantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusions Community nursing intervention influences posi-tively on the treatment compliance and quality of life of patients with essential hypertension , it can significantly improve the compliance of the patients for medication , improve the quality of life of patients , and suggests to popularize applica-tion in community nursing work .
