摘    要:目的:探讨分析股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术中造成隐性失血的相关危险因素,并提出相应的预防措施。方法分析2010年1月~2015年6月行内固定术治疗的75例股骨粗隆间骨折的患者的临床资料,使用cross方程来计算患者隐性失血量,并采用多重线性回顾分析评估隐性失血的危险因素。结果患者术中隐性失血量为(586.47±114.72)mL,显性失血量为(212.09±169.46) mL;经过多元线性回归分析显示,影响股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术中造成隐性失血的因素包括糖尿病、高血压病、术前抗凝、骨折分型以及伤后延迟时间等。结论阴性失血是影响股骨粗隆间骨折内固定术后患者康复的主要原因,临床治疗中应该充分考虑阴性失血的存在,及时采取有效措施进行预防。

Related Risk Factors and Preventive Measures of Hidden Blood Loss Caused by Internal Fixation of In-tertrochanteric Fracture
Abstract:Objective To investigate the analysis of the related risk factors of hidden blood loss of femoral intertro-chanteric fracture fixation , and puts forward the corresponding preventive measures .Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data from January 2010 to June 2015 in our hospital underwent internal fixation in the treatment of 75 cases of intertrochanteric fracture patients , using the cross equation calculation of patients with occult blood loss , and retrospec-tive analysis of risk factors of hidden blood loss assessment using multiple linear .Results The hidden hemorrhage pa-tients (586.47 ±114.72) mL, dominant blood loss was (212.09 ±169.46) mL;through multiple linear regression a-nalysis showed that the effects of intertrochanteric factors including hidden blood loss diabetes and hypertension between fracture fixation , preoperative anticoagulation , fracture type and delay time after injury .Conclusions Negative blood loss is effect of internal fixation of intertrochanteric fractures in patients with postoperative rehabilitation The main reason , the clinical treatment should take into account the existence of negative blood loss , and take effective measures to pre-vent.
