卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜手术的围手术期护理

目的：探究在卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜手术的临床护理中，总结有效的围手术期护理方法。方法选取2015年1月～2015年11月接受腹腔镜手术治疗的62例卵巢囊肿病人作为研究的案例，根据随机数字表法，将其分为探究组和比较组，每组各31例，探究组病人运用围手术期护理模式进行护理，比较组病人运用常规护理方式进行护理，比较两组病人疗效，同时总结相应护理经验。结果探究组病人运用围手术期护理模式进行护理以后，效果满意度为100％；而比较组在常规护理后，其满意度为80．65％。二者在护理效果满意度方面，探究组明显比常规组好，具有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论在卵巢囊肿行腹腔镜手术的临床护理中，采取有效的围手术期护理服务，能够有效的提升病人对护理效果的满意度，降低并发症的发生情况，提升病人生活质量。

Perioperative Nursing of Ovarian Cyst Undergoing Laparoscopic Operation

Objective To explore in ovarian cyst in the clinical nursing of laparoscopic surgery , summarizes the ef-fective methods of perioperative nursing .Methods From January 2015 to November 2015 to our hospital laparoscopic surgical treatment of 62 cases of ovarian cyst patients as the research case , according to random number table method , it can be divided into explore group and comparison group , each group of 31 cases, explore the group of patients with perio-perative nursing , nursing mode compared with conventional nursing care in the form of group of patients using the com -parative efficacy of two groups of patients , and summarizes the corresponding nursing experience .Results To explore the group of patients with the model of perioperative nursing care after the effect degree of satisfaction was 100%; And comparison group after the routine nursing care , the degree of satisfaction was 80.65%.Both in terms of the satisfaction of nursing effect , explore group significantly better than the conventional group , with statistical significance ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions In ovarian cyst in the clinical nursing of laparoscopic surgery , take effective perioperative care services , effectively improve the patient satisfaction to nursing effect , reduce complications and improve patient quality of life .
