依那普利与不同药物联合治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床疗效

目的：研究依那普利联合不同药物治疗慢性肾小球肾炎的临床治疗效果。方法随机选取2013年1月－2014年1月入住并接受治疗的慢性肾小球肾炎患者60例，30例患者通过依那普利联合灯盏细辛注射液进行治疗为灯盏细辛组，30例患者通过依那普利联合肾炎康复片进行治疗为肾炎康复组，两组患者分别4周共2个疗程后，对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果两组患者治疗后24 h 尿蛋白定量、血尿素氮以及血肌酐等临床指标较治疗前均有所改善（ P ＜0.05），灯盏细辛组患者治疗后各项临床指标改善情况优于肾炎康复组，组间比较差异均显著具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；灯盏细辛组患者经过2个疗程治疗后临床治疗总有效率为93.3％，高于肾炎康复组83.3％的临床治疗总有效率（ P＜0.05）；两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论对于慢性肾小球肾炎患者，依那普利联合灯盏细辛注射液治疗效果优于依那普利联合肾炎康复片的治疗效果。

The Clinical Efficacy of Enalapril Combined with Different Drugs in the Treatment of Chronic Glomeru-lonephritis

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of enalapril combined with different drugs in the treatment of chronic glomerulonephritis .Methods 60 patients with chronic glomerulonephritis were randomly selected from January 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital and treated patients , 30 patients by enalapril combined with Erigeron Injection for the treatment of Erigeron group , 30 patients were treated by enalapril combined with nephritis rehabilitation for the treat-ment of nephritis rehabilitation group , a total of 2 patients in two groups were 4 weeks after treatment , compared two groups of patients with clinical curative effect .Results the quantity of 24 h urinary protein of two groups of patients after treatment , blood urea nitrogen and serum creatinine and other clinical indicators were improved than before treatment ( P<0.05 ) , clinical indicators Erigeron group after treatment were better than those of Shenyankangfu group , the difference was significant with statistical significance ( P <0.05 ); patients with Breviscapine Two courses of treatment clinical treatment total efficiency was 93.3%, higher than the clinicaltreatment of nephritis rehabilitation group was 83.3%of the total efficiency ( P<0.05 ); two groups of patients all did not appear obvious adverse reactions .Conclusions for patients with chronic glomerulonephritis , enalapril combined with Breviscapine Asarum injection treatment therapy effect is better than that of enalapril combined with nephritis reha -bilitation treatment effect.
