慢性肾功能不全采用海昆肾喜胶囊合并川芎嗪注射液治疗的安全性及有效性

目的：对慢性肾功能不全患者采用海昆肾喜胶囊合并川芎嗪注射液治疗的安全性及有效性进行评价。方法将泌尿内科2013年4月～2015年4月收治的150名慢性肾功能不全患者平均分为对照组和观察组，即每组75例，两组患者均给予高热量、低磷、低盐、优质低蛋白的饮食，注意休息，预防感染，并控制其血压，维持水及电解质的酸碱平衡。对照组患者每次口服海昆肾喜胶囊2粒，一天3次，持续服用3个月；观察组在对照组服用海昆肾喜胶囊的基础上，再静脉注射川芎嗪注射液，100 mL的生理盐水中含80 mg的川芎嗪注射液，每天注射一次，每个月间断注射两周。两组都观察3个月效果。结果两组患者治疗前后的治疗前后患者的血肌酐（ sCr）、肌酐清除率（cCr）、红细胞计数（RBC）、尿素氮（BUN）、血红蛋白（Hb）相比，有显著性差异（P＜0.05），且两组治疗总有效率相比，也差异显著（ P＜0.05）。结论海昆肾喜胶囊合并川芎嗪注射液对慢性肾功能不全患者的治疗比单独海昆肾喜胶囊的效果好，安全性高。

The Safety and Efficacy of Chronic Renal Insufficiency with Haikunshenxi Capsule Combined with Ligu-strazine Injection Treatment

Objective To chronic kidney function not all patients with renal Haikun like capsule combined with Li -gustrazine Injection in the treatment of security and to evaluate the effectiveness.Methods 150 patients of chronic renal function in our hospital urology department of internal medicine in April 2013~2015 year in April were not all patients were divided into control group and observation group , namely 75 cases in each group , two groups of patients were given high calorie, low phosphorus, low salt, low protein diet, pay attention to rest, to prevent infection, and control the blood pressure maintenance of water and electrolyte , acid-base balance of the patients in the control group.Each oral haikun-shenxi capsule 2 capsules, 3 times a day, continuing to take 3 months; the observation group in the control group was given Haikunshenxi Capsule on intravenous injection of ligustrazine injection , ligustrazine injection containing 80 mg sa-line in 100 mL, every day injection once every month for two weeks.Intermittent injection of two groups were observed for 3 months.Results The patient serum creatinine before and after treatment in two groups of patients before and after treatment (sCr), creatinine clearance rate (cCr), red blood cell count (RBC), urea nitrogen (BUN), hemoglobin ( Hb) compared with Significant differences ( P<0.05 ) and two treatment group compared to the total effective rate , sig-nificant difference ( P <0.05 ).Conclusions Haikun kidney like capsule combined with Ligustrazine Injection for treatment of chronic renal insufficiency patients with better effect than individual Haikun Shenxi Capsule , the safety of high.
