优质护理对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后并发症发生率及满意度的影响

目的：探讨优质护理对鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者行鼻内窥镜手术后并发症发生率及满意度。方法选取2012年5月～2014年5月行鼻内窥镜手术治疗的鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者92例，随机分成观察组和对照组各46例，对照组给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予优质护理，比较分析两组患者护理后患者并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果观察组患者的总有效率为97.83％，显著高于对照组，两者差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组并发症发生率为4.35％，显著低于对照组，观察组的疾病复发率为2.17％，显著低于对照组，两者差异均具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）；观察组患者的满意度为100％，显著高于对照组患者的满意度，两组差异具有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论优质护理应用于行鼻内窥镜手术鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者可以显著提高治疗效果，降低术后并发症发生率，患者满意度较高。

Effect of High Quality Nursing on Complication Rate and Satisfaction Degree of Patients with Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps after Endoscopic Sinus Surgery

Objective To investigate the quality of nursing care of sinusitis and nasal polyps were treated with nasal endoscope and satisfaction rates of complications after surgery.Methods The mirror May 2012~2014 year in May in our hospital 92 patients with nasal endoscopic surgery for sinusitis and nasal polyps were randomly divided into observa -tion group and control group with 46 cases in each group , the control group was given routine nursing , the observation group in the control group received high quality nursing care on the basis of comparative analysis of two groups of patients after nursing in patients with complications and satisfaction of patients.Results In the observation group , the total ef-fective rate was 97.83%, significantly higher than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 );the complication rate of observation group was 4.35%, the observation group was significantly lower than the control group , the recurrence rate was 2.17%, significantly lower than the control group , the difference was statistically significant ( P<0.05 );the satisfaction of patients in observation group was 100%, significantly higher than that of Ac-cording to the satisfaction of the patients , the difference between the two groups has statistical significance ( P<0.05 ).Conclusions The application of high quality nursing care in the nasal endoscope endoscopic surgery of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and high patient satisfaction.
