甲状腺微小癌诊断中应用二维超声、彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像的价值分析

摘    要:目的:探讨二维超声、彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像对甲状腺微小癌的诊断价值。方法随机选取医院收治的2015年1月~2016年1月50例病理证实为甲状腺微小癌患者,并且依据随机数字表方法,分为研究组(25例)、对照组(25例)。给予对照组患者临床中,应用二维超声诊断,研究组中患者,采取彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像诊断,对比两组临床诊断效果,对两组患者临床资料进行分析。结果对于研究组中,临床经彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像诊断后,诊断准确率达到92.0%,对照组诊断准确率为72.3%,两组对照存在统计学意义( P<0.05);同时,在临床彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像诊断中,可以提升其临床诊断敏感性、特异性,在临床诊断甲状腺微小癌中发挥重要诊断价值。结论在临床对甲状腺微小癌中,应用彩色多普勒超声及弹性成像技术,不仅提升临床诊断准确率,同时还可以提升临床诊断敏感性与特异性,发挥积极诊断价值。

Diagnostic Value of Two-dimensional Ultrasound and Color Doppler Ultrasound in Diagnosis of Thy-roid Carcinoma
Abstract:Objective To investigate the value of two -dimensional ultrasound , color Doppler ultrasound and elas-tography in diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma .Methods The hospital were randomly selected from January 2015 to January 2016 , 50 cases of patients with thyroid cancer , according to random number table method , divided into the study group (25 cases) and control group (25 cases).The control group was given in the clinical application of two -dimen-sional ultrasound diagnosis , patients in the study group , by color Doppler ultrasound and elastography in diagnosis , clini-cal diagnosis results were compared between the two groups , the two groups of patients with clinical data were retrospec-tively analyzed.Results In the study group , the clinical diagnosed by color Doppler ultrasound and elastography in di-agnosis, diagnosis the control group rate reached 92%, the diagnostic accuracy rate was 72.3%, two groups had statisti-cal significance ( P<0.05 );at the same time , the clinical and color Doppler ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of elas-tic,can Enhance its clinical diagnostic sensitivity , specificity and in the clinical diagnosis of thyroid microcarcinoma play an important diagnostic value .Co ncluis ons In treatment of thyroid microcarcinoma .Application of color Doppler ultra-sound and elastography technology , not only to enhance clinical diagnosis accuracy .At the same time, it can enhance clinical diagnostic sensitivity and specificity , give full play to the positive diagnostic value .
