低分子肝素皮下注射的方法探讨

目的：通过观察低分子肝素钠不同的注射方法对冠心病PCI术后患者疼痛及皮下淤血的程度,寻找最佳的注射方法以减轻患者痛苦。方法冠心病PCI术后患者40例,随机分成对照组和试验组,每组20例,对照组采用常规皮下注射法,试验组采用垂直皱褶法及的注射法。观察皮下出血的次数及面积,询问患者疼痛的程度。结果试验组出血次数显著减少,与对照组相比,具有显著统计学意义（ P＜0.01）。结论应用改进的皮下注射方法,可显著降低患者皮下出血率及疼痛程度。

Study on the Method of Subcutaneous Injection of Low Molecular Heparin

Objective To investigate the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage and reduce reduced the suitable in -jection method hemorrhage .Methods 40 patients with PCI were randomly divided into two groups .The control group u-sing the traditional methods , the experimental group using the vertical folds methods and indwelling bubble methods .Ob-servation the number and size of subcutaneous hemorrhage , asking the degree of pain .Results The control group and the experimental group had significant difference ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusions The use of modified method for injection can effectively reduce the incidence of subcutaneous hemorrhage and pain.
