三维钛网成型在复杂颅骨缺损修补中的应用

目的：探讨三维钛网成型在复杂性颅骨缺损修补术中的应用价值。方法分析35例颅骨缺损患者，传统钛网手工塑型颅骨修补22例，采用三维钛网成型进行颅骨修补13例。对比两种修补方法的钛钉数量、术中塑型时间、患者满意度。结果与传统钛网手工塑型相比，三维钛网成型在复杂性颅骨修补术钛钉使用数量明显减少（P＜0.01），平均术中塑型时间减少（P＜0.05），患者术后满意度明显提高（P＜0.05）。结论采用三维钛网成型进行颅骨缺损修补术，不仅能够完全达到符合生理解剖意义上的修补，而且塑型效果好，手术操作过程简便，患者的生活质量得到了显著提高，医患双方满意率高。

Application of Three -dimensional Titanium Mesh Forming in Complicated Skull Defect Repair

Objective To explore the value of three -dimensional titanium mesh forming in complicated skull defect repair.Methods Retrospective analysis of 35 cases of skull defect cured in our hospital ,within them 22 patients were treated with traditional handwork shaping ,13 patients with three -dimensional titanium mesh forming.Compared to two kinds of repair method of titanium nail quantity , average operative time , patient satisfaction.Results Compared with traditional handwork shaping , three-dimensional titanium mesh forming in the repair of complicated skull defect , nail number used in operation decreased significantly ( P<0.05) , average operative time reduced ( P<0.05 ) , patients sat-isfaction improved greatly ( P<0.05 ).Conclusions Application of three -dimensional titanium mesh forming in com-plicated skull defect repair ,not only to fully meet our sense of anatomy and physiology repair ,but also the shaping effect is perfect,simple surgical operation , quality of patients life is improved significantly ,high rate of satisfaction of both par-ties.
