循证护理在急性心肌梗塞临床诊疗中的应用效果评价

目的：探讨循证护理在急性心肌梗塞临床诊疗中的应用效果。方法选取收治的104例患者作为研究对象，分为观察组和对照组，对照组实施常规性护理，观察组在对照组的基础上实施循证护理。结果两组护理工作人员质量评分、应急处理评分以及患者生活质量评分差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）；观察组总满意51例，占98．07％，对照组总满意38例，占73．07％，差异有统计学意义（ P＜0．05）。结论在急性心肌梗塞临床诊疗中，采用循证护理模式，能够有效改善患者的生活质量，提高患者的护理满意度，具有一定的临床应用价值。

Application Effect of Evidence-based Nursing in Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Myocardial Infarction

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction.Methods Selected 104 cases of patients in our hospital as the research object, divided into observation group and control group, the control group received routine nursing, the observation group in the control group based on the implementation of evidence -based nursing.Results Two groups of nursing staff quality score, score of emergency treatment and patients quality of life score difference has statistical significance (P<0.05), observation group with 51 cases, 98.07%, control group with 38 cases, 73.07%accounted for, the difference is statisti-cally significant (P<0.05).Conclusions In the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute myocardial infarction, using evidence-based nursing mode, can effectively improve the quality of life of the patients, improve nursing satisfaction of patients, has certain clinical application value.
