地塞米松联合抗炎、抗感染治疗虹膜睫状体炎的初步研究

目的：研究地塞米松联合抗炎、抗感染治疗虹膜睫状体炎的临床疗效。方法选取2011年6月～2013年2月96例虹膜睫状体炎的患者作为研究对象，抽签随机分为观察组与对照组，两组均为48例，对照组给予地塞米松点眼治疗，观察组在此基础上加用硫酸庆大霉素与布洛芬进行抗炎、抗感染治疗，比较两组治疗有效率、并发症发生率以及复发率。结果观察组治疗有效率为87.5％高于对照组68.7％，两组比较有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后并发症方面白内障、青光眼、角膜混浊两组比较无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；眼部感染观察组4.1％低于对照组16.7％，两组比较有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。7 d、15 d复发率两组比较无统计学意义（ P＞0.05）；30 d复发率观察组4.1％低于对照组18.7％，两组比较有统计学意义（ P＜0.05）。结论地塞米松联合抗炎、抗感染治疗虹膜睫状体炎的效果显著，相比于地塞米松单一治疗，提高了治疗有效率，降低了治疗后患者的眼部感染发生率，有效的控制了复发率。

A Preliminary Study of Dexamethasone Combined with Anti-inflammatory and Anti-infective Thera-py in the Treatment of Iridocyclitis

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of dexamethasone combined with anti -inflammatory and anti-infective therapy in iridocyclitis.Methods 96 patients with iridocyclitis who were admitted in our hospital be-tween June 2011 and February 2013 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group , with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with dexamethasone eye droppings.On this basis, the obser-vation group was treated with gentamicin sulfate and ibuprofen for anti -inflammatory and anti -infective therapy.The effective rate , incidence of complications and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The ef-fective rate in the observation group (87.5%) was higher than that in the control group (68.7%) (P<0.05).After treatment , there were no significant differences in complications such as cataract , glaucoma and corneal opacity between the two groups (P>0.05);The incidence of ocular infection in the observation group (4.1%) was lower than that in the control group (16.7%) (P<0.05).There were no significant differences in 7d and 15d recurrence rates between the two groups (P>0.05);The 30d recurrence rate in the observation group (4.1%) was lower than that in the control group (18.7%) (P<0.05).Conclusions The curative effect of dexamethasone combined with anti -inflammatory and anti infective therapy in iridocyclitis is remarkable.Compared with single dexamethasone treatment , it can improve the treatment effective rate , reduced the incidence of ocular infection and effectively control the recurrence rate .
