Ehrlich腹水癌和肺癌带瘤小鼠肝脏某些肿瘤标志酶活性的变化

本文报道Ehrlich腹水癌和肺癌带瘤小鼠肝脏中细胞色素P-450(简称P-450)、UDP-葡萄糖醛酸基转移酶(简称UDP-GT)及乳酸脱氢酶(简称LDH)等肿瘤标志酶活性的变化,并在给有机锗化合物(简称Ge)以抑制肿瘤生长时,观察了上述标志酶的变化。Ehrlich腹水癌带瘤小鼠肝微粒体细胞色素P-450含量低于正常对照组,而UDP-GT的“胚胎型”(O-GT)和“新生儿型”(P-GT)活性及肝细胞浆中LDH活性显著增高。在移植肿瘤后,给Ge以抑制肿瘤生长时,小鼠肝脏P-450含量和UDP-GT及LDH活性趋于正常水平。肺癌带瘤小鼠肝脏O-GT和LDH活性均有显著增高,但P-450含量无显著变化。当移植肿瘤后给Ge以抑制肿瘤生长时,肝微粒体O-GT活性趋于正常水平。实验结果表明,Ge对正常小鼠肝脏P-450有抑制作用,而对UDP-GT的胚胎型(O-GT)则有诱导效应。

Changes in Activities of Tumor Marker Enzymes in Mice Liver with Ehrlich Ascites Carcinoma and Lung Carcinoma

Changes in activities of hepatic tumor marker enzymes, i. e. cytochrome P-450(P-450), UDP-glucuronyltransferase (UDP-GT) and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) in mice liver with Ehrlich ascites carcinoma(EAC) and lung carcinoma were investigated. The changes of enzymes were also observed when tumor growing was inhibited by Ge. The content of liver microsomal P-450 was decreased, while activities of UDP-GT late fetal (O-GT) and neonatal form (P-GT) and liver cytosol LDH were markedly increased in EAC-bearing mouse. When EAC tumor growing was inhibited by Ge, the content of P-450 and activities of UDP-GT and LDH were returned to normal. The liver microsomal O-GT and liver cytosol LDH were markedly increased in C_(57) tumor-bearing mouse, but content of P-450 was almost unchanged. And when G_(57) tumor growing was inhibited by Ge, the activity of liver microsomal O-GT was returned to normal. The results indicate that Ge has inhibiting effect on liver microso real P-450 and inducting effect on liver microsomal UDP-GT late fetal form(O-GT) in normal mouse.
