卵巢纤维瘤的HR诊断

目的探讨卵巢纤维瘤的MR表现特点，提高术前诊断率。方法回顾性分析11例经手术病理证实的卵巢纤维瘤的MR表现，观察肿瘤的位置、大小、形态、边缘及信号特点。结果11例均单侧发病，左侧7例，右侧4例，其中6例合并少量盆腔枳液。肿瘤大小约为2．2cm×2．0cm×1．7cm-13．5cm×10．5cm×9．5cm，呈边界清晰的圆形、卵圆形或分叶状肿块。根据MRI的信号特点分为2型：实性肿块型7例，MR平扫表现为T1WI、T2WI均匀低信号，增强扫描轻度强化或无强化：变性型4例，平扫表现为T2WI呈高／低混杂信号，增强扫描实性部分轻度强化或无强化，变性部分无强化。结论卵巢纤维瘤的MR表现多样化，MR平扫卵巢纤维瘤整体或部分呈T2WI低信号，增强扫描轻度强化或无强化是其重要特征。

MRI Diagnosis of Ovarian Fibroma

Objective To explore MRI characteristics and improve pre-operative diagnosis of ovarian fibroma. Methods The MR findings of eleven patients pathologically confirmed ovarian fibroma were retrospectively analyzed. MR findings, including tumor location, size, morphology, edge and signals were observed. Results All of the masses in 1 leases were found in unilateral side, and the tumor located at left side in 7cases, and right in 4 cases. 6 cases had a few pelvic fluid.. The size of tumors was from 2.2cm × 2.0cm × 1.7cm to 13. 5cm × 10.5cm× 9.5cm, and showed round or elliptic or multi-lobular masses. There were two different patterns according to MRI signal of ovarian fibromas： 7 cases were solid mass pattern, and they showed homogeneously hypointensity on Tl-Weighted and T2-Weighted images, and slight enhancement or non-enhancement by enhance scanning. 4 cases were degenerated pattern, they showed mixed hyperintensity and hypointensity on T2-Weighted images, and the solid part showed slight enhancement or non-enhancement, and the degen- erative part showed non-enhancement by enhance scanning. Conclusion The MRI mani- festation of ovarian fibroma is diversified, but the tumors show whole or partly hypointensity on T2-Weighted by plain scanning, and show slight enhancement or non-enhancement by enhance scanning.
