大面积脑梗塞的多层螺旋CT诊断价值

目的探讨多层螺旋cT平扫及CTA对大面积脑梗塞的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析32例急性大面积脑梗塞的多层螺旋CT平扫及CT血管造影表现。结朵32例患者中，CT平扫阳性16例，诊断率50％；CTA显示大脑前动脉病变7例（闭塞4例，狭窄3例），大脑中动脉病变18例（闭基10倒，狭窄8例），走脑前、中动脉同时闭塞5例，颈内动脉末端闭塞2例。CTA诊断率100g。结论临床怀疑急性重症脑血管意外的患者行cT扫描，在排除脑出血及其它病变后应行CTA成像分析，为，临床诊治大面积脑梗塞提供客观依据。

The Diagnosis Value of Multi-slice CT in the Large Area Cerebral Infarction

Objective To evaluate the value of Multi-slice CT and CTA in the diagnosis of the large area cerebral infarction. Methods Retrospective analyzed the imaging finding of MSCT and CTA of 32 cases with acute large area cerebral infarction. Results 1 6 cases were diagnosed by CT plain scan, the positive rate is 50%. CTA showed the anterior cerebral artery lesions in 7 cases （4 cases of occlusion, 3 cases of stenosis）, lesions of middle cerebral artery lesions in 18 cases （10 cases of occlusion, 8 cases of stenosis）, both of them occlu- sion in 5 cases, the distal of Intenlal carotid artery occlusion in 2 cases. The CTA positive rate is 100%. Conclusion The patient was suspected acute severe cerebrovascular should being CT scan, CTA imaging should be examined after excluding cerebral hemorrhage and other lesions. It can provide objective evidence to the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute large area cerebral infarction.
