| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸部CT在弥漫性泛细支气管炎（DPB）的临床诊断中的价值及地位。方法选取2O09年9月至2011年12月经我院临床确诊弥漫性泛细支气管起（DPB）的患者9例，总结分析其胸部cT特征。结果弥漫性泛细支气管炎（DPB）的胸部CT特征主要有：1、双肺弥漫分布的小叶中心性粟粒状结节影并见树芽征：2、远端支气管管壁增厚、管腔“双轨状”轻度支扩：3、炎性斑片状渗出病灶；4、肺间质性改变及纤维化；钆支气管粘液栓。结论弥漫性泛细支气管炎（DPB）的胸部cT具有典型的特征性表现，是临床确诊DPB的重要诊断依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To inverstigate the value of thoracic CT scan in the clinical diagnosis of diffuse panbronchiolitis（DPB） with thoracic CT scan. Methods Nine cases of DPB were selected from September 2009 to December 2011 and the CT characteristic were analysed. Results The main CT appearances of DPB are as follow： 1.diffuse centrilobular distribution of miliary nodes as well as tree-in-bud sign. 2.distal bronchial wall thickening and bronchi- olar double track sign which prompt slight bronchiectasis. 3.small inflammatory patching signs. 4.interstitial changes in lung. 5.bronchial mucus. Conclusion There were typical CT appearance of DPB and thoracic CT play important role in the diagnosis of DPB. |
